Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively assist with the day-to-day tax and corporate needs of a portfolio of international clients, reporting to Senior Managers and the Director.
- Support clients in setting up and maintaining local business operations and implementing cross-border projects.
- Advise clients on local tax laws, reporting requirements, statutory filings, transfer pricing, indirect tax, and other international tax matters.
- Manage statutory obligations, including maintaining company registers, preparing and submitting filings, and keeping board minutes.
- Attend and contribute to client board meetings, ensuring all corporate documentation is handled effectively.
- Utilize the companies technological tools to support the delivery of client services and streamline processes.
Requirements:
- Final stages of ACCA qualification or equivalent, or a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of international tax and corporate services.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Preference will be given to candidates interested in pursuing the MIT Diploma in Tax.
