Our client, a reputable Corporate Services Provider in Malta, is looking to expand their team with the addition of a Private Client & Residency Administrator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-established firm and contribute to its continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with immigration-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep clients informed on the progress of their applications.
  • Support the preparation, submission, and renewal of residence and single permit applications.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure deadlines and service standards are met.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day operations and administration of the immigration department.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of local experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn with a strong sense of commitment.
  • An Advanced Diploma in Finance and Insurance is considered an asset.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English (knowledge of Maltese and Italian is an advantage).
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
