Our client, a well-established CSP, seeks a candidate to lead a small team of accountants, delivering timely accounting services to international clients. The role involves regular coordination with Directors, clients, and service providers. Salary depends on experience and fit. Strong client relationship management and prompt issue resolution are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data to provide insights.
- Generate management reports for clients.
- Ensure financial reports comply with relevant accounting standards.
- Update accounting records.
- Prepare and file VAT returns.
- Assist with income tax computations.
- Oversee accounting processes.
- Utilize necessary accounting software.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Review the work of junior accountants and provide training.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Prepare documents for auditors and liaise with them.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and procedures.
Requirements:
- Qualified or near-qualified accountant.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge and experience in IFRS and GASPME reporting.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Deadline-oriented with excellent time management.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude.
