Responsibilities:
- Maintain, enhance, and create workflows, functions, and configurations within relevant system environments.
- Work closely with end-users to optimize, test, and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
- Document implemented workflows and data maps, including technical considerations.
- Understand and propose solutions for new data maps, conducting feasibility analysis.
- Deliver data collection and supervisory system projects on time and with high quality.
- Coordinate with technology and PMQ teams to ensure system quality and integration with relevant applications.
- Stay up to date on new system features, user challenges, and functionality improvements.
- Work with technical teams to manage web servers, database environments, file sharing services, and other relevant technologies.
- Support Business Intelligence and Analytics teams by providing insights into operational data architecture.
- Perform daily administrative tasks and resolve any production support issues as required.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by Technology and Information Security Management.
Requirements:
- Education:
- University Degree (MQF Level 6) in Computer Science + 4 years of relevant experience OR
- Diploma (MQF Level 5) in Computer Science + 5 years of relevant experience.
- Preference for candidates with longer relevant work experience.
- Experience in administering Enterprise CRM or ERP platforms, including process flow design and implementation.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Web Applications, Database Operations, and SQL in a Microsoft stack environment.
- Fluency in English and Maltese.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Confident in managing highly complex processes involving cross-functional teams.
