Our client, a reputable Corporate Services Provider in Malta, is looking to expand their team with the addition of a Client Payroll Officer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-established firm and contribute to its continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare payroll for both local and international clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage statutory obligations including the processing of Single Permits, residency cards, and employment registrations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll preparation.
- Familiarity with payroll software and Maltese Employment Law, particularly employee registration and enrolment, is considered an asset.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and committed with a willingness to learn.
- Proficient in written and spoken English (knowledge of Maltese and Italian is an advantage).
