A reputable client of ours, an industry leader within the legal and corporate services industries is looking to expand their legal team.

Responsibilities:
  • Handling Corporate and Commercial law duties. 
  • Able to handle the full cycle process regarding mergers & acquisitions.
  • Handle corporate and financial assets (equity and debt securities) in line with regulations.
  • Company restructuring and insolvency.
  • Duties will include corporate governance and compliance obligations.
  • Drafting corporate agreements.
Requirements:
  • Be in possession applicable legal qualifications and education.
  • Be a warranted lawyer.
  • 2 years minimum post qualification experience in Corporate Law. 
  • Fluency in English and Maltese.
