Responsibilities:
- Assisting businesses to prevent, navigate, and resolve complex legal issues.
- Carry out legal analysis of incoming and prepared documents for all entities. within the Company group.
- Develop contracts (as well as draft contracts), review and edit submitted amendments to contracts (as well as draft contracts), etc. Legal documents for all entities within the Company group.
- To review draft decisions, if necessary, giving an opinion on their conformity/ non conformity with the current regulatory enactments.
- Carry out legal analysis of legal acts, various guidelines, legal opinions, procedures in order to provide opinions on the quality of documents from a legal point of view and their compliance with the tasks set by legal acts.
- Prepare responses on behalf of the Company to letters from third parties related to legal matters.
- To control the compliance of decisions, contracts and other documents with the applicable laws and regulations.
- Participate in the development of the Company's internal documentation and procedures.
- To advise the Company's management and the Company's employees on labor law issues, to inform about the issued regulatory acts or their amendments and additions.
- To settle Company's legal questions in the court, to handle legal proceedings and complaints to the administrative authorities, to represent Company as plaintiff, defendant or third party based on a power of attorney and authority.
- To handle matters related to intellectual rights, registering trademarks, patents, designs, representing the Company all instances related to intellectual rights, etc.) for the units belonging to the Company. group.
- Prepare agreements, agreements, regulations, instructions, etc. of a legal nature, as well as participate in the preparation of company ordinances, personnel files, etc. harmonized with the current legislation.
- Provide reports on the work done to the management of the Company in accordance with the procedures and deadlines.
- To perform other duties within the limits of the Employee's competence in accordance with the oral and written orders of the Company's management.
- To comply with the requirements set out in regulatory acts in the circulation of information, as well as when working with information of limited availability about the institution's financial condition, principles of company managements etc.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of local experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline will be considered as advantage.
- Be familiar with MFSA regulations for EMIs.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Ability to communicate in Russian would be considered an asset, but is not essential for the role
- Must be able to apply theoretical and practical knowledge and skills.
- The necessary knowledge at the level of understanding of ensuring compliance with the company's legal activity.
- High sense of responsibility and accuracy.
