Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, accommodating their needs and handling all their queries.
- Draft and review corporate governance documents, including statutory forms, minutes and resolutions, written consents, statutes, powers of attorney and other ancillary documents.
- Manage and analyze corporate transactions or restructuring projects from inception to end from a legal and compliance perspective.
- Manage complex structures and provide relevant support and advice where required.
- Maintain the upkeep of client files through managing and updating related documentation from an AML, compliance, and due diligence perspective.
- Degree in Law, Accounting or Business Management.
- At least 4 years experience in a CSP or law firm environment in a corporate or accounting role.
- Previous experience in corporate law, corporate taxation and VAT will be considered an asset.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
