They are currently looking to recruit a Semi-Senior Auditor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in audit with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role offers excellent growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and conducting financial audits for a variety of clients.
- Perform audit procedures to verify financial information and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Identify and communicate audit findings and make recommendations for improvement.
- Preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Evaluate internal controls and identify areas of risk.
- Prepare audit working papers and documentation in accordance with professional standards.
- Communicate audit progress and findings to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Provide clients with insights and recommendations to enhance their financial processes and controls.
- Work closely with the Audit Partner to ensure audit engagements are completed efficiently.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, whilst individuals pursing their ACCA would also be considered.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing.
- Proficiency in CaseWare would be considered a strong asset.
