On behalf of our client in the manufacturing sector, we are seeking a RVM Monitoring Agent to join their expanding RVM Monitoring Team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Logistics Coordinator and DRS Manager by overseeing the performance of various elements across the Supply Chain. This includes ensuring optimal RVM uptime, timely waste collection, and prompt attention to any RVMs that are not operational, minimizing downtime and disruption.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor RVM performance and ensure maximum uptime.
- Track and address errors using the VM portal.
- Oversee waste collection data and vehicle tracking.
- Ensure maintenance and waste collection contract requirements for RVMs are fulfilled.
- Escalate and follow up with maintenance contractors and waste collectors to resolve technical or logistical issues promptly, minimizing consumer impact.
- Maintain RVM cleanliness, including immediate surroundings, and ensure branding and signage are displayed neatly.
- Support retailers in resolving first-line maintenance issues with RVMs in their establishments.
- Log all errors and related issues accurately and on time using designated software.
- Monitor SLA performance for primary contractors and issue performance warnings when necessary.
- Maintain high call-handling performance under pressure.
- Plan daily schedules for offsite visits and audits as needed.
- Monitor RVMs using CCTV cameras.
- Manage orders for consumable replenishments.
- Attend weekly meetings related to RVM operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or Help Desk environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in IT, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to exercise judgment and initiative, work independently within established parameters, and manage competing priorities to meet deadlines while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
