Our client, a leading CSP, is looking to hire a Corporate Lawyer to join their Legal Team.

Due to the growing demand within their corporate services portfolio, we are seeking a full-time lawyer specializing in corporate services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting and collaborating with a team of professionals from diverse backgrounds on corporate transactions.
  • Vetting, drafting, negotiating, and advising on corporate and regulatory instruments.
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of corporate restructurings.
  • Supporting compliance efforts arising from ongoing supervision processes.
  • Reviewing commercial agreements and corporate documents.
  • Maintaining good corporate governance across our client’s client portfolio.
  • Providing regulatory advice to our client’s clients.
  • Engaging in discussions and interactions with our client’s portfolio.
  • Formulating solutions to client issues.
  • Conducting legal research on specific areas of law.
  • Drafting and preparing written deliverables for clients.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects.
  • Contributing to articles and content on corporate and commercial law, and related areas.

Requirements:

  • Hold a University Degree in Law.
  • Possess a warrant to practice law in Malta.
  • Have experience in the corporate industry of 1 to 2 years.
  • Be proficient and fluent in both written and verbal English, with additional languages being considered an asset.
  • Be organized and able to perform demanding transactions.
  • Be willing to work effectively and develop within the Firm.
  • Have a professional mindset and excellent communication skills.
