Responsibilities:
- Management and upkeep of all information systems and record-keeping systems, electronic and otherwise.
- Compile information for submission in assistance to regulators and competent authorities when requested.
- Offer assistance and strategic leadership to supporting staff.
- Offer administrative support where required.
- Assist with the improvement of the internal operating procedures.
- Report writing for foreign regulators and competent authorities.
- A tertiary level of education in a relevant subject area.
- Knowledge of the AML/CFT frameworks in Malta and the EU.
- Fluency in both Maltese and English is required.
