Responsibilities:
- Manage both online and manual filing systems related to the Malta Business Registry.
- Work with internal teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Ensure company statutory records are consistently updated and maintained accurately.
- Record funds received and disbursed meticulously.
- Prepare corporate documents for review, and arrange their execution and filing.
- Assist in performing occasional reviews of client files.
- Provide support to other team members on corporate and compliance issues.
- Possess at least an Advanced Level of education. (A-Level)
- Ideally have 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Maltese is an asset.
- Preferably familiar with document filing procedures used by the Malta Business Registry (MBR). Understand what a company secretary does.
- Training will be provided.
