Our client, a reputable Corporate Services Provider in Malta, is looking to expand their finance team with the addition of an Account Clerk. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-established firm and contribute to its continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in filing and reconciling corporate records with internal systems
- Handle the full onboarding process of new clients, ensuring complete and compliant documentation
- Review KYC documents to meet regulatory compliance standards
- Submit annual returns and other statutory filings punctually
- Assist with share transfers and maintain accurate shareholding records
- Coordinate the opening of client bank accounts, liaising with financial institutions
- Upload relevant forms and documents to the Malta Business Registry (MBR) portal
- Maintain up-to-date corporate records and company documentation
- Communicate with clients, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders to support corporate governance processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate administration or a similar role, ideally within Malta
- Strong understanding of local regulatory compliance requirements
- Familiarity with KYC procedures and MBR portal usage
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, Maltese is considered an asset
- Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach
