Our client, that operates within the investment sphere, is currently looking to recruit a Treasury Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Work together with the Senior Financial Controller to establish treasury systems, processes and controls including the implementation of a treasury management system.
  • Design and implement short to long-term cash forecasting for the Group.
  • Prepare monthly financial analysis and treasury reporting.
  • Manage cash and liquidity strategy.
  • Operation day-to-day Treasury oversight: cash management, payments, cash forecasting, FX trade settlements.
  • Manage treasury investments including accurate forecasting of debt covenants, asset pledge, capital calls and open option positions.
  • Manage and optimize internal funding structures of group entities.
  • Work closely with the CFO to support liquidity strategies.
  • Ensure all contracted investment assets and liabilities are included in detailed and professional cash flow forecasting and analysis.
  • Design and implement treasury policies, control framework and reporting.
  • Support audit and regulatory requests.
  • Ensure compliance with controls and regulations.
  • Support regulatory assessment and implementation where relevant to Treasury.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with treasury activities, including credit riks, interest rate risk, and operational risk.
  • Maintain banking relationships.
  • Maintain borrowing covenants and reporting to debt providers.
Requirements:
  • ACCA, ACA, CIMA
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a treasury role, preferably within a multinational or private equity-backed organization.
  •  Strong understanding of multi-currency cash management, FX operations, and banking platforms.
  • Proficiency in treasury management systems and ERP systems is essential.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with international banking and treasury operations across multiple countries.
  • Knowledge of UK and international financial regulations related to treasury.
  • Proficiency in English is required whilst knowledge of German would be considered a string asset.
