AIMS International Malta is assisting one of our clients with filling this supportive role within the HR operations department. This role will have a focus on the administrative processes involved in managing temporary workers throughout their employment lifecycle. The role will be offered on both a Full - Time or Reduced hours basis.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all administrative tasks related to the onboarding and offboarding of temporary workers, from pre-selection to post-termination.
- Supporting management with absence tracking and performance appraisal documentation.
- Maintaining and updating HR records and the HR information system (Talexio).
- Collecting, verifying, calculating, and inputting Time & Attendance data to prepare for payroll processing.
- Communicating with temporary workers primarily via email or phone and assisting management during one-on-one meetings.
- Performing data entry, mail handling, and the preparation and processing of documents or reports as required.
- Assisting management with any additional project-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational requirement: A-Level standard (candidates with HR qualifications will be given preference).
- At least 3 years of administrative experience, with preference given to candidates with an HR background.
- A background in customer service is advantageous.
