Our client, a leading corporate services provider in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Corporate Services Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain long term client relationships, generate leads through professional networking and introduce new clients to the wider array of service lines offered by the Group.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions with management to identify business opportunities and develop plans for growth of the department.
  • Develop and execute business strategies aimed at promoting the Groups service lines.
  • Manage financial budgets and implement budget plans.
  • Take on an active leadership role to structure and further develop the department.
  • Oversee and present proposals to prospective clients.
  • Provide technical expertise and ensure that the department becomes a leader in the development of corporate administration.
  • Set, monitor and achieve key performance targets for the department.
  • Oversee employee performance, conduct evaluations and ensure employee productivity.
  • Support and work closely with other entities of the Group to ensure a seamless flow of information and work practices.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the department’s MLRO and Compliance Officer, to ensure that all regulatory requirements are being met.
  • Monitor local and international legislative developments related to the corporate services sector and strategically implement changes that will benefit the growth of the organization.
  • Guide and mentor members, assistant managers and managers of the team, in their roles.
  • Review and investigate any complaints received from clients or other stakeholders.
  • Establish professional relations with various stakeholders including the Malta Business Registry and banking institutions.
  • Apply the core principles and practices of good corporate governance to ensure the highest integrity corporate success and economic growth.
Requirements:
  • A university degree or equivalent qualification in a related area.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in a corporate services role and at least 2 years’ experience in a managerial role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards
  • Excellent people manager, open to direction and committed to achieving results.
  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
  • Delegates responsibilities effectively.
