Responsibilities:
- Schedule Compliance Monitoring Committee meetings, coordinate member availability, and manage communications.
- Serve as the primary contact, create and distribute meeting agendas, and update them as needed.
- Coordinate with officers and agents to ensure all necessary documentation and resources are available for meetings. Facilitate information sharing before, during, and after meetings.
- Actively participate in meetings, assist with legal discussions, access information as needed, and provide support to members.
- Record, finalize, and file professional meeting minutes, including relevant annexes.
- Maintain trackers, logs, and ensure all Committee decisions are actioned and updates are communicated.
- Liaise with supervisory authorities regarding enforcement measures.
- Review and maintain Enforcement Section’s Policies and Procedures.
- Provide training and assist officers in presenting cases, summarizing key points from past decisions, and creating graphical representations.
- Attend court sittings as required.
- Support the Unit's governance programs, strategy, and process improvement initiatives.
- A university degree or equivalent qualification in Financial Services, Law, or a related equivalent.
- 4 years experience within a corporate or CSP environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English.
- Translation skills from Maltese to English are considered an asset.
