Our client, a reputable Law Firm in Malta, is looking to expand their team with the addition of a Personal Assistant / Secretary. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-established firm and contribute to its continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the partners and lawyers in the day-to-day tasks and activities
- Managing conferences attendance and organisation
- Managing travel arrangements and accommodation for the partners
- Maintenance of office systems including paper and electronic filing
- Call handling and managing clients’ administrative needs
- Assistance with billing and internal reporting systems
- Email and calendar management
- Preparing meetings and greetings clients
- An A’ level Standard of education
- While relevant work experience is considered a strong asset, it is not essential for the role. Candidates will be provided on the job training.
- Be organised and meticulous in their work
- Able to converse fluently in both English and Maltese
- Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
