Our client, a reputable Law Firm in Malta, is looking to expand their team with the addition of a Personal Assistant / Secretary. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-established firm and contribute to its continued success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the partners and lawyers in the day-to-day tasks and activities
  • Managing conferences attendance and organisation
  • Managing travel arrangements and accommodation for the partners
  • Maintenance of office systems including paper and electronic filing
  • Call handling and managing clients’ administrative needs
  • Assistance with billing and internal reporting systems
  • Email and calendar management
  • Preparing meetings and greetings clients
Requirements:
  • An A’ level Standard of education
  • While relevant work experience is considered a strong asset, it is not essential for the role. Candidates will be provided on the job training.
  • Be organised and meticulous in their work
  • Able to converse fluently in both English and Maltese
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
