Responsibilities:
- Assist with company accounting, debt collection, and client file management.
- Handle vessel and aircraft registration.
- Act as the main client contact for operational matters.
- Manage client operations, including banking, accounting, payroll, VAT reporting, and ad hoc requests.
- Liaise with authorities for registration and customs importation.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Stay updated on relevant maritime, aviation, and Seamen’s legislation for compliance.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Maritime and Aviation sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, Accounting or Legal, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Experience in sales, purchase, and registrations within the yachting sector.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry stakeholders.
