AIMS International Malta is excited to partner with a leading Business Advisory firm, renowned for its operations across multiple industries. They are looking to enhance their Accounting team by bringing on board an experienced Head of Accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
- Manage client relationships, including budgeting and scheduling of client engagements.
- Ensure high standards of quality control in all financial processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute actively to the firm’s strategic planning and the execution of its business goals.
- Uphold the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
- Demonstrate a results-driven, process-oriented approach.
Requirements:
- ACCA or a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;
- CPA warrant or equivalent professional qualification;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role;
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Advanced knowledge of various accounting software;
- Proficiency in additional languages is considered a strong asset.
