Our client, an independent investment firm based in London with offices across five countries (UK, Sweden, Israel, UAE, and Malta), offers investment management and advisory services to a global clientele. They are experiencing growth and are now seeking to hire a Fund Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Fund Operations and be responsible for the following duties:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of investment funds, including processing transactions and reconciling trades.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies related to fund operations.
  • Prepare detailed reports documenting fund activities, such as financial statements, investor updates, and regulatory submissions.
  • Create reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate risks associated with fund operations, including market, liquidity, and operational risks.
  • Act as the primary contact for investors, including global banks, pension funds, insurance companies, and family offices, responding to inquiries and providing accurate information about fund performance.


Qualifications:

  • A Degree/Diploma in Economics, Banking & Finance, or Business is preferred.
  • While 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous, recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of the asset management sector.
  • Highly organized and professional.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to challenge existing processes and controls.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
