Our client, a reputable CSP in Malta spearheading the industry, is currently looking to recruit a Corporate Services Executive for their growing team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client portfolios, addressing their needs promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for client documentation.
  • Respond effectively to inquiries and requests from clients, management, and internal teams.
  • Liaise with the Malta Business Registry, banks, International Tax Unit, and VAT Department.
  • Handle processes related to incorporations, amalgamations, re-domiciliations, liquidations, dissolutions, and the annual maintenance of corporate minute files.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a corporate services role.
  • A university degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member, contributing to a positive group dynamic.
  • Strong communication skills, fostering cooperation with team members and other departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities, with a proactive attitude towards personal and professional growth.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, ensuring tasks are prioritised and deadlines are met.
