Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client portfolios, addressing their needs promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain an organised filing system for client documentation.
- Respond effectively to inquiries and requests from clients, management, and internal teams.
- Liaise with the Malta Business Registry, banks, International Tax Unit, and VAT Department.
- Handle processes related to incorporations, amalgamations, re-domiciliations, liquidations, dissolutions, and the annual maintenance of corporate minute files.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a corporate services role.
- A university degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member, contributing to a positive group dynamic.
- Strong communication skills, fostering cooperation with team members and other departments to achieve shared goals.
