Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations as the first line of contact with visitors and clients;
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls professionally;
- Take and communicate messages;
- Handle incoming e-mails;
- Undertake filing, archiving, scanning and photocopying;
- Perform general office duties;
- Provide general administrative support as required; and
- Assist/replace receptionist.
- Be well educated.
- Fluent in Maltese and English, both written and spoken.B
- Be reliable, trustworthy, and responsible;
- Be proficient in typing and familiar with Microsoft Office applications;
- Possess good organizational and communication skills;
- Be eager to learn and ready to work as part of a team;
- Be capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision; and
- Possess a clean police conduct certificate.
